I am a retired professor of industrial engineering at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo .

My professional interests include systems engineering, data analytics, data acquistion, cloud computing and aircraft flight test engineering.

I've enjoyed more than 25 years of industrial and research experience including NASA (Ames & JPL), Air Force Test Pilot School, The Boeing Company, Systems Integrators, Inc., Ameridata, Festo and Frito-Lay, Inc.

I've taught a wide variety of topics including systems engineering, mechanical design, manufacturing processes, industrial automation, systems simulation, manufacturing systems integration, flight test engineering and data analytics.

I'm a father & spouse, perpetual learner, pilot, bicyclist, sailor and avid builder of many things just for fun.
