Rapidly changing technological and business environments require individuals who are not simply smart engineers, but adept at participating and leading smart business solutions too. Our MS Engineering Management program allows students to earn both an MBA and MS simultaneously, providing them with a unique set of skills and expertise in high demand in today’s workplace.

Our MS Engineering Management program is a collaborative master’s program between the Orfalea College of Business and the College of Engineering’s Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Department. The program is focused on developing high-quality, career-ready graduates capable of facilitating change and integrating engineering, business knowledge and people skills in the workplace. Individual study plans are tailored to student’s backgrounds and career goals through flexible curriculum options.
